Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
We do not offer refunds for changes of mind.

Refunds are offered through initial payment method and the cost of shipping and handling is deducted from the refund amount. If a refund is not suitable we can discuss with you alternate options.

Damages and issues 
Upon receiving your order, please inspect that your order is correct and free from any damages. Contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the incorrect item, so we can work on making it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged. These include custom Succulent arrangements that are perishable, Personalised products made specifically for you along with any earring purchases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method with the cost of shipping and handling deducted from the refund amount. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Terms of use and Safety Information-
Hair Accessories are not Toys. Please ensure that the child is not left unsupervised while wearing their Narelle’s Arts & Crafts Accessory. While we do everything to ensure our bows are safe and of the highest quality, they may present a choking risk to small children. Never allow a child to sleep while wearing bows or clips and ensure your bows are kept out of reach of small children.
